User interface development ticketing system design for administrative purposes.

In this instance a client desired a messaging, ticket creation and editing system for front end and backend admin users.

From the home screen, the user is easily able to navigate through the left hand column to create ticketing, messages, access account information and for the admin users; remove tickets and delegate to internal staff.

With use of widget type chart based information structure, staff are quickly and efficiently able to see group/ individual tasks for weekly/ daily or monthly/ yearly targets.

Using an interactive inbox styled interface, I designed the page with collapsing columns as well as the left panel navigation for the user to have a fluent view of the information displayed.
